Jacksonville's Chinese New Year celebration takes place Saturday | The Year of the Rabbit is a lucky one, according to the Chinese zodiac. Traditionally, the year brings peace, fearlessness, love and courage. Drums, gongs and pageantry fill festivities set to welcome the Year of the Rabbit at the annual Chinese New Year celebration Saturday, Feb. 12, in Jacksonville.
